The housing stock in South Fletcher’s is mostly from the late 1980s through the 2000s, which means buyers are typically looking at mature lots, established trees, and homes large enough for multi-generational families. I have first-hand witnessed many of my clients use South Fletcher’s detached homes as a stepping stone — a property they can grow into, finish a basement in, and hold for ten to fifteen years while they build equity.
